My fiance and I had a nice ramen date here. We loved the food! Pork belly ramen tasted so delicious! It's definitely a recommended place if you also like a mom and pop joint!

The Valentine's Day Special was fantastic & we'd do it again! The food (shrimp cocktail, steak, veggies/asparagus, fried/white, salad , miso soup, berry mimosas) tasted great & for the price with the amount (95) of food we got was even better. We had so much food that we reluctantly turned dessert down. Friendly & welcoming service!

Excellent food, especially the tonkotsu black ramen. Quiet, little place to stop into. The only issue I had was the service when I first came in. The lady working didn't acknowledge me coming in, and when she finally saw me, her attitude was terrible to me and had said just sit whatever. After finding a spot, I waited between 5-10 minutes for her to come to my table to bring menus or even greet me. After giving her some time, I went up and asked if I'm supposed to grab the menu, and she looked at me and ignored me. At that time, DJ (sorry if I'm wrong!) came out and noticed I needed help. He brought menus back to my table, and at that time, I asked for a manager, and he happened to be the owner. I told him that as a first-time customer, I was highly disappointed in her waitress and told him the issues before I spoke with him. He immediately understood and took over caring for my table the entirety of my stay. His service was quick and friendly, and he genuinely enjoyed talking about his restaurant. I hope that the waitress was just having a bad day because had I not spoken to the manager, I probably would not have returned again. 3 out of 5 people never speak up about issues with a restaurant. They just never return. I'm glad DJ acknowledged my concern, and hopefully, the wait staff will be a bit more welcoming next time. I will be back, I'm looking forward to trying the Hibachi menu. And the rangoons with their red sauce are awesome

Will definitely be coming back for the hibachi—it was cooked perfectly and priced reasonably in my opinion! I’m giving a 5-star rating for both the service and atmosphere, which were excellent. As for the food, I do wish Google offered half-star ratings. I had the chance to sample the ramen, and while it wasn’t quite to my personal taste, I appreciated the effort. A couple of notes: the broth base appears to be the same across all ramen options, and the pork belly was a bit on the tougher side. Overall, I still highly recommend giving this place a try—especially for the hibachi and other menu items!

Wonderful service and delicious food! We had both the hibachi options and the Yakisoba, and it was all delicious. Great meat to rice/noodles ratio. We also had the fried calamari, brownie a la mode and the blueberry pie, so yummy!

I ordered the Ramen Susanoo - it was SPECTACULAR!!!! I HIGHLY recommend it! For appetizers we had a delicious bowl of onion soup, the edamame (it was a little over salted) but it was really good and the rangoons Great atmosphere- Great food! Bring your taste buds - they will love it!

This place is so unbelievably classy, I'm consistently shocked that it's not completely packed! The hibachi meals are delicious, wonderful sauces, with very tender steak and perfectly cooked seafood. The ramen broth is rich and delicious, tender lovely noodles and great toppings. The Gyoza are light, crispy and the sauce for them is phenomenally tasty. Or server was so incredibly nice to my kids and the whole experience was amazing! Can't wait to go back!

As verified by local diners, ingredients are fresh, and the preparation exceeds expectations. Customer Liz Ramirez mentioned her love for the pork belly ramen, calling it "delicious" and a recommended spot for ramen lovers or anyone who appreciates a tucked-away mom-and-pop joint. Other reviews, like that of Kimberly McGrew, praise the swift service and great lunch options, reaffirming that fast doesn't mean sacrificing flavor.

However, reviews also remind us that service can vary. Some guests, like Shelbie Perez, shared experiences where service fell short initially but acknowledged the responsive nature of the management. The genuine connection between diners and owners is evident, particularly through the quick acknowledgment of concerns, which enhances the overall experience.

In addition to the substantial and flavorful entrees, Itachi offers appetizing starters like Spicy Edamame and crispy Spring Rolls, rounding out the menu with bites that keep you coming back for more.

A review from Keana Salinas emphasizes the spot-on execution of the hibachi dishes and mentions the slightly tougher pork belly in the ramen, reflecting a restaurant that is attentive and eager to improve based on guest feedback. As a food lover, I find it refreshing that Itachi is not just a place to eat but a community-focused business open to input and enhancing service.
